Shipping policy
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore, any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
The order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible. Please email us if you have any specific requirements at: info@thevogueagent.com.
Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. When placing your order online, you may specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
All items are shipped via our trusted partner DHL. For UK shipments, we offer a Next Day service (except weekends). Items shipping to anywhere else in the world will arrive within 2–7 days, subject to any required customs clearance.
We are committed to providing a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all our items. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier for delivery. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.
COVID-19 Update
We anticipate shipping and delivery times might take longer than usual due to COVID-19 & Cross border shipment delays. If you are experiencing a delay with your order, we would ask that you continue to monitor your tracking for further updates.
We offer worldwide delivery for most of our products.
Customs and Duty Charges
If you order products outside of the UK, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges outside the UK. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure they know they'll need to cover this before you order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance with these processes. We recommend you check the import charges applicable to your country before ordering products to be delivered there.
